Mailboxes are currently available for purchase (not rental) from Matanuska Mailboxes. Each box is part of a Cluster Box Unit (CBU) that will be located at on Monte Vista Drive or on Kelso Street depending on where your home is physically situated. The purchase of a mailbox is a contract between you, the homeowner, and Matanuska Mailboxes only. The homeowners association has nothing to do with the mailboxes and assumes no future liability or responsibility for their maintenance or replacement in the event of damage. The homeowners association reserves the right, however, to regulate placement/location of present and future boxes, and the number of boxes allowed at a given location. Upon completing the form below, your request will be forwarded to Matanuska Mailboxes and a representative will contact you.
