The Borough Assembly, on May 5th, voted 6-1 against granting an "Interim Materials District" to the Wiederkehr Co.   The Wiederkehrs had planned on operating a gravel extraction operation for up to ten years, pulling some 750,000 cubic yards of material out of a 10- acre property immediately adjacent to Equestrian.
